Bill was in many ways the best of us: open to new ideas even as an older person, and willing and eager to invest his time in relationships with those that many overlooked, especially kids, that he was always great with. I always enjoyed getting to spend time with him, particularly for his irreverence and insight on common things. Vale Uncle Bill!

Your father, Uncle Bill, was always the fun uncle and the laughing uncle. He was the one who became the bear under the bear rug and who made his nieces and nephews laugh. He gave great hugs and was always up for adventure. He loved you all dearly. He was proud of his family, always. He was an honest, upstanding man. He will be remembered and forever loved. May you find peace in knowing he lived a good life.
