I worked with Bill at IDHR and can honestly say I enjoyed his conversations and his sharing on his love for his family. Rest in Heaven Bill

My heart aches to hear about Bill's passing. I sat next to Bill during my time at IDHR. I loved to listen to his stories about his time as a HR Manager at a Japanese bank or his wife, (Margaret) exploits at the Casino. Most of all, his love for Notre Dame football. He was a true gentleman and made everybody's life better who knew him. My condolences to Margaret and his family. He will be missed.

I worked with Bill at the Department of Human Rights a wonderful person. Sending sincere condolences and if you have not had the memorial service please let us know when

I was so sorry to hear of Bill's passing. I know it was hard to pry him away from work. I hope he found enjoyment at least for a short while.

I just heard about Bill's passing. I worked with him at IDHR. He started 6 months after I did. He was a sweet and funny man and one of my favorite people there. Marge and Laura I send my deepest and sincerest condolences to you and all his loved ones. I used to love stopping by his cubicle to see pictures of his little Annabella. You will be in my prayers. He will be missed.
