William Spafford, 66, of Sun City, AZ, passed away on January 25, 2023 after a long battle with Cirrhosis and Liver Cancer.

William was born on October 26 1956 to William & Esther in Maryland. After graduating High School he joined the Navy and served in Vietnam. In 1985, he met Angela McKay, and they were married for 37 years and had 5 children in their blended family.


William was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned. He was unendingly proud of Angela Mckay and his children always tried his best to support them. William was also a passionate about Football and Baseball.


Anyone who knew William knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for. William was predeceased by his parents William & Esther and the love of his life Angela McKay. He is survived by sisters Sandy, Trish. Children Rachel Beatty, Joshua Anthony, Tiffany Rourke, Jason Simcox, Felisha Spafford. 22 Grandchildren and Brother in laws  Carl McKay, Richard McKay, Sister in Law Marion Doran. There will be a Celebration of Life at National Memorial Cemetery Phoenix, Az on April 7, 2023.
