William Jackson Smyth, lovingly known as Billy or Will, was born in Prince George's County, Maryland on December 24th, 1981. Billy passed away at home in Leonardtown, Maryland on March 14th, 2023 at 41 years of age.

He is survived by his fiancée, Melissa Eboch; son, William Isaac Smyth; daughter, Emmaline Smyth; stepsons, Liam and Carter Amato; parents, William Vic Smyth, Kathy Decker and Kenny Wingo; siblings, Joseph Smyth, Rachel Foudray, John Smyth, and Erin Monn; Grandmother, Shelby Decker; and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Billy is remembered for having the most kind and compassionate heart. He adored his children and fiancée, and was loved deeply by all who were lucky enough to know him.

Please join us in celebrating his life on Wednesday, March 22nd, 2023 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m at the Leonard's Grant Clubhouse located at 23600 N Montague Dr, Leonardtown, MD 20650. Billy would want us all to gather in love and laughter, while sharing our fondest memories of him. Contact his sister, Rachel Foudray, with any questions about the Celebration of Life Service.
