William "Bill" Sipe, 65, of Concord, New Hampshire, passed away peacefully on 1/16/25, surrounded by his loved ones. Born on February 17, 1959, in Derry, NH, Bill was the son of William and Norine Sipe. He graduated from Goffstown High School in 1977 and later attended Kent State University achieving his bachelor’s degree in business and then SNHU where he received his MBA.
