Happy birthday to my very loved and extremely missed brother 💙

Billy was the best. I remember him in his blue Mustang, with the white convertible top. I remember him as #51 and playing SVHS football so well. I remember the trip we took to DC and the many trips to Florida. And he was my roommate in NYC at 24 Fifth Ave. I loved him like a brother. He was unique, funny, smart and a great person. AS

Dear Ruback Family, it is with a very saddened heart that we (the Bragin gang), Sharon, Meryl (Portnoi), Leslie (Scheinzeit), Mark, Evan and Audrey (Gross), share in your grief. Our parents, Bev and Moe and your parents, Charlie and Zora, always exuded a ‘family first’ example and we have done our very best to live within that mindset. While Billy will be painfully missed, be reassured he is at peace. Please know that we always reminisce about our childhood connection, the fun we had when we got together and the Bev, Moe, Charlie & Zora stories. Bless you all. In sympathy and with heartfelt condolences, the Bragin family.
