William Rosco Cooper, Jr., 65, of Pontiac, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, February 22, 2024, 2:37 p.m. at St. Anthony’s Hospital in Rockford.
His visitation will be on Wednesday, February 28, 2024, from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. with a time of sharing at 6:00 p.m. at the Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home in Pontiac.
