William "Billy" Steven Riddle, age 46, passed away January 16, 2023, in Eastlake, Ohio. He was born in Cleveland on July 21, 1976. Billy was a loving son, grandson, father, and friend who would be greatly missed by all that knew him. He enjoyed attending music festivals and loved the band Phish, camping, and his dog Buddy.
