William Rice, 60, of Saint Petersburg, Florida passed away peacefully on May 24, 2023. He was born on July 24, 1962, to William and Peg Rice.
Bill is survived by his daughter, Victoria Rice; his brother, Steven Rice; his sister-in-law, Sharon Rice; and his sister, Cindy Rice. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Bill was a loving and devoted father, brother, and uncle. He was always willing to help others and was always there for those who needed him. He was a kind and gentle soul who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
