William was born October 4, 1947 in Modesto, California. He moved to Barstow, California in 1957 and then to San Luis Obispo, California where he attended high school until 1965. William worked many jobs in the construction industry. He obtained his contractor’s license and opened his own construction company in Fresno, California in 1974. He later moved to the Sacramento, California …
