Obituary
William Michael (Billy) Parker 64 passed on March 14th 2021 of complications from heart failure.
Billy leaves behind his mother Margurette, two brothers, and 4 sisters. Along with aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews, and nieces.
Billy was a graduate and die hard fan of the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
The family has asked that in lieu of flowers to please make a donation to Saint Jude Hospital to help the children
