William Pagarigan Pagal was born in Aguilar, Pangasinan, Philippines on June 25th, 1963 and at 18 years old, he moved to California. He was a beloved father, brother, and friend to many. He passed away on December 9, 2024 at Kaiser Vallejo after battling a respiratory infection. He is survived by his wife, Marilou, two daughters Charlene and Clarissa, and older brothers Christopher and Danny.

William was getting ready to retire next year after working at an Amazon warehouse for 3 years. He spent the past year traveling to places familiar and new, including cruising to the Bahamas, visiting family in the Philippines, exploring Singapore, and gallivanting in Paris and London. He was known for his love of cars, fashion, and having a good time.

His service will be held on December 18th from 3 - 7 pm at Skyview Memorial Lawn in Vallejo, CA.
