Born William Leslie Padgett, William was born in Alexandria, Virginia on December 5, 1962. The son of Mrs. Mae E Padgett (Simmons). And was raised by his grandmother, Velma Patricia Padgett from Murrells Inlet, South Carolina.
He is survived by 2 sons, William Padgett (jr), and his wife Cheri Padgett of Knoxville Tennessee, and son Tristan Padgett, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Mr. William is survived by 4 siblings, two brothers, Paul Padgett (2 nieces), and Daniel Padgett 1 niece, 2 nephews), two sisters Lisa Chapman (Padgett), and Tammy (Dix), (Padgett) (3 nieces, 2 nephews).
William was significantly employed by Mr. Joe Cumbie (now deceased) under Cumbie Plumbing.
Later William became employed with Grand Strand Healthcare (Nursing Home) located off of Socastee blvd, hwy 707.
He worked there for nearly two decades, until health problems severed his employment.
