William's obituary
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William Nolan Adams on February 25, 2024. Born in 1941, Nolan lived a long and fulfilling life characterized by an unwavering love for his family and friends, and a devotion to the simple pleasures of life.
Known for his warm and generous nature, Nolan was a beacon of love and kindness for all who knew him. His generosity was reflected not only in his relationships but also in his commitments he cherished most - his family and the love of his life, his late wife Hermine Mea Adams.
A nature enthusiast at heart, Nolan found peace and contentment in fishing, camping, and hunting. He never missed an opportunity to get lost in the great outdoors, often with a fishing rod in hand or a campfire nearby. In these quiet moments, he reveled in the tranquility and beauty of nature, immersing himself fully in every experience.
But perhaps more than anything else, Nolan will be remembered for his love towards his family and friends. His devotion to them was immeasurable, and his loss leaves a void in a family that loved him deeply.
Nolan is survived by his step-daughter Juliana Harris, son-in-law Richard V. Harris, step-daughter Sharon Rich, granddaughter Angela Farrell, grandson Brandon Rich and Spouse Chrissy Rich, grandson Richard W. Harris, 10 great- grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. He has 5 biological children and many other grandchildren in Louisiana. He was preceded in death by his beloved spouse Hermine Adams, his step-son Larry Ridenour, son-in-law, Benjamin L. Rich, and grandson, Christopher Adams-Rich.
Even as we mourn his loss, we celebrate Nolan's life and the love and warmth he so generously gave. His legacy will live on in the lives of those he loved and touched, reminding us to cherish the simple pleasures of life and love unreservedly.
