William's obituary

William Martin, passed away on January 25th surrounded by family, following an aggressive battle with cancer from melanoma. Born on March 25th, 1969, he dedicated his life to fostering connections and spreading joy. Known for his infectious energy, William was the life of the party and a cherished friend to many in both his personal and professional life. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and enduring friendships.

Central to William's heart was his deep love for his wife, Laurel Martin, and their cherished dog, Beaux. As a devoted father to his sons Michael and Tyler, as well as stepsons Kevin and Kyle, William reveled in the shared pleasures of sports and video games and would do anything for a laugh. The addition of his grandson Jacob brought an extra layer of warmth and fulfillment, deepening the roots of familial connection. William's impact went beyond his immediate family, touching the lives of Amber, Cassondra, Maggie, and Maddie his sons' significant others as well as his ex-wife Robin. Their shared memories will stand as a testament to the joy and camaraderie they experienced together as the family continues to grow.

A passionate supporter of the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, Anaheim Ducks, and the Angels, William's enthusiasm for sports was contagious. A celebration of his life will be held on March 16th, where friends and family are invited to share stories and fond memories.

William's legacy of love, warmth, and an infectious smile lit up every room and will be forever etched in the hearts of those fortunate enough to know him. His impact was felt in the bonds he nurtured as a devoted husband, an extraordinary father, a caring pet dad, a loving son, a doting grandfather, a cherished son-in-law, a supportive brother-in-law, a beloved uncle, a treasured cousin, a nurturing stepdad, a respected coworker, a diehard sports fan, and a dear friend to many.
