I worked with Bill and His Brother Mike at Union Square Garage in the early 70’s and stayed friends

At Bill and Emma’s Wedding in April 1973, Bill and Mike’s father was talking Russian to our fellow workers, they said he spoke like a Native of Russia!

I've been a colleague of Bill's for over 20 years.  I considered him a very dear and close friend.  We shared a lot of birthday celebrations together as we have the same month/day birthday.  He was generous with his time whenever I needed advice about a case.  Everyone respected him in the bankruptcy bar, the judges, colleagues, clients and trustees.  He will be very much missed.  Blessings for the repose of his soul and comfort to his family and friends.

We are so saddened Bill passed away so abruptly we will definitely miss him. He and Emma and Family have been great next-door neighbors. Prayers and thoughts to Emma and Family ,Rudy,Debby,RudyIII and Roxanne, RAGAN.
