William “Bill” Carlton Mastin, age 91, died Sunday, April 8, 2018 at his home in Nunda, NY. The eldest of five children, he was born on June 23, 1926 to Carlton Willis and Effie Eva Mastin in Rochester, New York, and fondly spent part of his childhood on his grandparents’ farm in Nunda, New York.
