Bill was my brother in law Bob Lowman's brother. His big smile and fun loving demeanor made him an instant member of our family. He always had time for kids, and they all loved him. Bill was an exceptional athlete, excelling in both basketball and baseball. He is famous for his homerun off the bridge in Clymer. Just as I have always considered by brother in law, Bob Lowman, as my brother, I always felt the same about Bill. Those who knew Bill were better for it.
