Due to COVID-19 precautions, Billy's Celebration of Life will be come-and-go, visitation style. It will be located in the Parlor of Mobile Memorial Gardens Funeral Home on Thursday, February 4, 2021 from 5:00pm to 7:00pm CST. As he requested, there will not be a sermon or readings but instead this special time is intended as a visitation for those who loved and cherished Billy to congregate and celebrate the joyous life he lived.
