William's obituary

William Keith Wilson, was born in Rutherfordton, North Carolina on July 2, 1961, and passed away peacefully on November 18, 2024, in Iron Station, NC.
Keith is survived by his loving daughters, Melissa and Michele; his cherished grandchildren, Brandon Baumgardner, Ethen Buchanan, and Willow Foreman; his mother, Jean; and his siblings, Ray Jr. and Sharon Owens. He held a special place in his heart for his nephew Brian Owens and his niece Jennifer Younts, who were a meaningful part of his life.
Keith was known for his kind heart, his love of the open road, and his ever-present sense of humor—even in life’s toughest moments. An avid bike rider, Keith never met a stranger and always greeted others with a smile and a story. He was deeply involved in his community, regularly volunteering at the local soup kitchen and attending church, where he found strength and connection.
He shared a special bond with his beloved Chihuahua, Little Bit, who was often by his side. His favorite song, "Back in Black" by AC/DC, captured his spirit—resilient, bold, and unforgettable. His love for Charlie Brown spoke to a gentle spirit that never let go of the wonder and warmth of childhood.
Keith will be remembered most for his love of family and friends. His legacy lives on in the laughter, kindness, and compassion he shared with those lucky enough to know him.
