William Keith Howell, born March, 15th, 1972, went to be with the Lord on September, 18th, 2020. He thrived in his roles as a son, brother, husband, father and friend. Growing up he was dedicated to playing basketball and being a working man. He worked for his company, US Ecology, formally "VacAll" for 27 years.
