It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of William Kavajecz, affectionately known as Billy. Born on December 8, 1987 in Rochester Mn., he died on October 1, 2023 in Oshkosh, WI. His unapologetic, fun and loving personality touched the lives of everyone around him.  

Billy was born and raised in Kaukauna, WI. His academic prowess allowed him to graduate early from Kaukauna High School in 2005, which was one of his proudest achievements. He took on the responsibilities of a young family shortly after, supporting them with a career as a directional driller. An adventurous spirit, Billy loved to run dirt bikes, operate heavy machinery, and had an undeniable need for speed.

Music played a significant part in Billy's life, with Jelly Roll's "Save Me" being his favorite tune. His love for music often served as the soundtrack to family gatherings and memorable nights spent with friends. He particularly enjoyed music festivals no matter what the genre. 

Billy was the beloved son of Keith and Lynn Kavajecz. He was a devoted father to his son, Alex Kavajecz, and his daughter, Savanah Kavajecz. Their presence in his life was a source of immeasurable joy, love, and pride. 

Billy was also survived by his brothers Tom Kavajecz (Heather Fraley) and Mike Kavajecz (Michelle Kavajecz). His nieces and nephews included: Jayden, Preston, Noah, Harper and Silas. His grandparents Audrey and Rudy Kavajecz. He will be profoundly missed by his family and everyone who knew him. 

A memorial service for Billy will be held on October 29, 2023, at 11:00 AM at JJ Maloney's in Kaukauna. Let us remember Billy for his vivacious spirit, his unwavering love for his family, and his unforgettable laughter.
