To this day when I drive by or near your old house, I'm pulled back like it was yesterday, reliving the numerous times we pulled into your driveway.
Many nights in the barn, family vacations and all the memories that go with them tie our families together. (The good and the bad)
- [The topless lighting strike and the horrendous fall from the roof on the Island, just to name a few]
Henry and my father spent many years during the holidays setting up and taking down the Creche/Manger, often with a little help from us. It's sad driving through town on Christmas Eve and not seeing it, as it was such a great experience, I miss it and I'm thankful that I have the memories of it.
Henry and Millie have stopped to visit my parents a few times over the many years since they moved to TX and I have read quite a few Christmas letter updates.
It sure was great to see both couples reconnect and have a few laughs reminiscing the old days.
With their love of woodworking Henry & my father will forever be imbedded in my thoughts, every time I get the slightest whiff of fresh cut wood.
My deepest condolences to all their family & friends
With warmest wishes to you all
Tracy C - (Butch's daughter)
