It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of William Murphy, who was born on November 27, 1950, and departed from this world on June 10, 2023. A Celebration of Life in honor of William will be held on June 14, 2023, at 3:00 PM at Island Park.

William was a man of kind, funny, and warm disposition, always brightening the lives of those around him. He was a firm believer in the power of kindness and caring, wisdom that he eagerly shared with everyone in his life. His legacy of compassion will continue to inspire everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him.

Among his many endearing qualities was his exceptional talent as a great storyteller. William had a gift for captivating his audience with vivid tales that ranged from humorous anecdotes to heartfelt narratives, leaving a lasting impression on the hearts of his friends and family.

William leaves behind Felicia, his wife of 23 years, children Autumn (Nathan) and Daniel, sister Nancy, as well as many grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends.

William's family and friends will dearly miss him, and they would like to express their gratitude to all who have reached out and shared their memories of him during this difficult time. His memory will forever be treasured in the hearts of those who loved him.
