William Harold Graver Sr., 83, passed away Saturday, March 9th, 2024 at Midstate Medical Center in Meriden. He was born and raised in Savin Rock, West Haven, CT to Edward and Hannah Graver. He was a hard working  family man that retired after 22 years of service, in 2006, working as a millwright mechanic at Connecticut Steel Corp. (now Nucor Steel) in Wallingford. He leaves behind his devoted wife, Janet M (Wilkins) Graver, of 42 years. In addition to his loving wife, he leaves behind 8 children. Keith Graver & his fiancé Sara Collin, and Jenna (Graver) Brodeur & her husband Eric Brodeur Sr., who have 2 beautiful children, Hannah and EJ. His other 6 children, from a previous marriage, William Graver Jr. & wife Mary Graver, Joanne (Graver) Potz & husband Walter Potz, Frank Graver & fiance Cynthia Soto, Anna (Graver) Osborne & husband Bob Osborne, Eddie Graver (deceased) & wife Edie Graver (deceased), and Daniel Graver & wife Jodi Graver. He also leaves behind 10 more Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren and his near & dear older brother, Edward Graver Jr. We will truly miss his loving heart, gentle soul and one of a kind hugs. Please join us for his Celebration of Life service on March 20th, 2024 at Faith Living Church, Plantsville, CT. Services are from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. (No calling hours).
