It is with both heavy hearts and fond memories that we announce the passing of William Randolph Goan (Bill), a true adventurer who lived a life full of passion, purpose, and unparalleled experiences until the very end. Bill was born in Detroit Michigan on January 8, 1939, the seventh of thirteen children, and passed away peacefully in Fort Pierce, Florida on Friday, March 21, 2025, at the age of 86.
