Sharon Gerrish

I miss him! Bill was a very special man, in every possible way. We were together for 12 wonderful years. He was a very quiet, talented, and giving man, with a great sense of humor. Bill will forever be in my heart.

We live in a wonderful community called The Grove. The outpouring of condolences for Bill warmed my heart. Thank you Connie for showing me all the Facebook posts regarding Bill. And, to all those that have been by my side this past week since Bill’s passing, not only my friends and family, but to the Hospice team from SouthernCare that still call and visit.

We only met Bill once in April 2019 and were so happy to know the man who had made cousin Sharon so happy. What a blessing even though it will always seem like not enough time with him. May God grant Sharon peace in her heart for the love they shared and the happy memories to sustain her. “Absent from the body, present with the Lord” is what the Apostle Paul said.
