Blessings of comfort and understanding, Brandon and family.  I know this is an unexpected time for you all.  Please let the qualification team know if we can be of support in any way.  You are in my prayers. - Tracey Snell

Having worked with Frank for the last 15+ years has been one of the great joys of my life. No matter what your mood was before talking to him, it was always going to be better after. I don't know how to put into words how much I am going to miss talking with him and hearing that infectious laugh.

I know that everybody loved having Frank around and we were all better for have known him.

I knew Frank before I retired from Mount Carmel. He was a skilled and dedicated worker who always had a smile for those around him.   May your fond memories help ease the grief of his loss.  I will pray for him and his family.

I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. It was an honor to work alongside him over the past several years. Frank truly loved his work and was always willing to help others, even when his schedule was full. His expertise was invaluable, and his warmth and generosity touched everyone around him. He will be deeply missed. My heart goes out to you all—please accept my sincerest condolences.
Vicki, we were saddened to hear of Frank's passing.  Frank was a groomsman in our wedding 42 years ago.  We have not had much contact in recent years, but our memories of Frank and times together have always made us smile.  We are praying for you and  your family.      Rich and Leah Reese
I am extremely saddened to hear of his passing. I worked at Patlin with him for 8 years. I always felt like a brother and friend and not an employee. I learned a lot from him.  He will be missed
I am deeply sorry to hear about the passing of this wonderful, kind, and intelligent man. He helped me work through innumerable computer issues with patience and understanding. He always seemed to be grinning. He will be so missed. Sending hugs to hs family.

I was truly saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. He was always so kind and never hesitated to help or answer questions. His warmth and willingness to support others made a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him.

Frank will be deeply missed, but his legacy of kindness and service will live on in our hearts.

Sending prayers for comfort and peace to his family, friends, and everyone who was impacted by this loss.

Dear Shepherd Family, I had the honor of working with Frank. He will be remembered for always being kind, with a smile on his face, and his willingness to help with whatever we needed, whenever we needed it.  I am so glad you and your family were able to take a trip together in the last few months.  Frank was so excited to tell me about it and share pictures with me of your wonderful family.  He told me he was happy that everyone was able to go and spend time together as a family.  He loved to share updates on his kids and grandkids with me, as they made him so very proud.  He is a great loss to the organization and as a person.  I will pray for comfort for your family during this difficult time.

Vicki and Family,

I was deeply saddened to hear of Frank’s passing. Please accept my heartfelt condolences during this difficult time.

I had the privilege of working under Frank at Patlin Electronic, where his leadership, dedication, and kindness left a lasting impact those who worked with him. He was not only a caring boss but also a mentor who inspired those around him with his wisdom and encouragement. His steady guidance and genuine care for people made a difference in my professional life, and I will always be grateful for the time I was able to work with him.

Beyond his accomplishments at work, I know how much he cherished his family. My thoughts are with you and your loved ones as you navigate this loss. May you find comfort in the memories you shared and in the knowledge that his legacy lives on in the many lives he touched.

Please know that you are in my prayers. If there is any way I can be of support, do not hesitate to let me know.

With deepest sympathy,

Barb Helfer

Frank was a wonderful and dedicated employee, especially to the Surgery Residency program at Mount Carmel Grove City. Everyone will miss you, Frank. RIP
Frank was one of my favorite people at work... always kind, never judgmental about our overall lack of IT knowledge, gentle with his teaching method.  He was always here to help when we sent out our anxiety-filled SOS signal about the latest and greatest thing we didn't understand or couldn't get to work.  He was like our personal security blanket & he will be deeply missed.  Thank you for sharing Frank with us for so many years and through so many changes!  He was an absolute pleasure to work with and learn from.  May he rest in peace.
Vicki and Shepherd Family, we will all miss Frank. Thank you for sharing him with our golf family and including us in Shepherd Family shenanigans and activities.
I am devestated trying to cope with knowing I can't stop in and visit with Frank or give him a call.  My heart aches for the loss being suffered by the great big wonderful family Frank lived for and adores. Our last conversation was about our plan to grab lunch as it had been to long since we had. Frank represents the best of what friendship means and offers in this life. I miss his easy frequent smile, wit and fantastic laugh. He spoke of his family with great love and pride with every opportunity and was proud to say he would work as long as he was able to support and provide for them. I am blessed to have known him, and hope I am a better person for it. Not a day has gone by that I have not wept since your passing Frank... and I will remember you and cherish our friendship for all of my days.
My heart is sad!  Frank was one in a million and our friendship was one of trust in each other despite whatever barbs we threw out at each other.  My wife and I send all our love to Vicki and the extended Shepherd family.  I know their love for Frank will help each other work through the rough times.  Love you Frankie!

We didn't have the privilege of knowing Papaw Frank but as clients of Wayne's, we wanted to express our condolences and sympathy. Wishing you peace in healing.
