Sending my love and condolences to all those who William touched including Todd, William's family, friends, clients, colleagues, and pets. I will miss William’s wisdom, guidance, brilliance, smile, spunk, realness, and so much more. Perhaps our friendship may be considered “short” by time but by quality and presence it was unmeasurable. I will be eternally grateful to William for inviting me into his life as his friend. I cherish our conversations that we had during lunch, learning about his love for good food, witnessing his brilliance and passion during his sessions, spending quality time, and being in his presence while listening about his love for the Latinx community. William's friendship and shared memories were a gift and his spirt will forever be a part of my life.
William's gift of caring for …
2017, Durham, NC, USA
William's gift of caring for others was so inspiring. His ability to mix a good ranchera into therapy was unique and endearing. He was patient, kind and full of love. Thank you friend for touching my life and so many others ~ Luke
William had a gift to see in others the good, beauty and strength they were struggling to see in themselves and was able to guide the person into discovering that in themselves. I know this because he had that effect in my life and I have heard the same thing from some of his clients. He brought so much joy, humor, wisdom, kindness and honesty to every interaction but for me, it was the way in which he was present in these interactions that always inspired me to develop this in myself. At work, he was my office neighbor and quickly became one of my closest friends/mentor and he helped me discover so much about myself; I would often go to his office to hear his thoughts and receive guidance professionally and personally. I am devastated that he is physically gone but I know that his spirit, teachings and the impact he made in this world will forever remain in my heart. He came with his bright loving light and left the world a better place by being himself and loving others/guiding them into seeing the light within themselves. May we live our lives in honor of his by remembering and practicing the lessons he taught us, by grieving his loss and being grateful for his life and love. All of my love to Todd, his parents, siblings, nephews/nieces and everyone that has been impacted by his passing.

William was my co worker and he thought me so much in our brief time working together. He cared so much for his clients and his compañeros. I can not imagine the pain of losing someone like William. I hope that your love one can find the strength to deal with this loss. We will always be here for you William and your legacy will live in our hearts.
William is a brilliant personality, He knew always to be kind and lift our spirit. For me he was a sunshine of the day when he used to stay by my door office at El Futuro and greet me " Bom Dia menina" he use to tell me how he loves Brazil and the time he spent there in Rio. So I can say to William know " ate loguinho amigo querido, ate qualquer dia. Boa viagem!!!!! Seja sempre esta Luz esta alegria onde voce puder passar, seja um rastro de Sol, beijo no coracao "
