Bill's obituary

William Dale Duncan, our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend passed away October 28, 2021 after a quick but courageous battle with cancer.

Bill was born on June 16, 1958 in Independence, Missouri to James and Ruth Duncan.

He was an avid Rockies and Broncos fan who never missed a game or an opportunity to talk about it. He was a much loved brother, son, and friend who will be sorely missed. He was a manager at King Soopers and was loved by his co-workers and employees.

Bill was a loving father of three. No one could make his face light up more than his kids. Being a father and an uncle were two of the things that made him the most proud. He would anxiously await family gatherings so he could tease and play with his nieces and nephews. He had an infectious laugh, and a twinkle in his eye when he would smile. For him, life came down to one thing: family. Whenever his family needed him, he would be there.

William is survived by his mother Ruth, siblings Linda Kelso, Bobbie Taylor, Andrew (Barbara), his children Amanda, Cody, Brandi (Christopher), and his grandchildren Sadie (6), Duncan (3), and Coulter (4 months). He was preceded in death by his father James and his sister, Ruthy King.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 2nd at 3:00 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints building 100 Malley Dr, Northglenn Colorado. Masks are required.
