Heaven got a good man!  

Bill was loved by many and will be missed forever. My heart goes out to our children Marcus and Carlene and to our granddaughter Lenora. They loved him fiercely and unconditionally. Sending my love to his daughter Tara and to Ariana his granddaughter during this very tough time. Condolences to Arlene, Bobby, Jackie, Joanie, and to all the rest who were his friends and companions. This is a hard one.                                            Love you always Bill, Julie

I’m Electra’s sister. So sorry about Billy’s passing. My sincerest condolences to the whole family. Loved him. He was always so sweet ❤️. I remember him taking me and my mom to Belmont Racetrack YEARS ago 😂. My first experience at the track! He will be dearly missed. May his memory be forever eternal. ❤️🙏
