William "Bill" Carr, 73, of Whiting, NJ, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024. He was predeceased by his parents, John Carr and Jean McGuire, as well as his stepfather, George McGuire. Bill was also preceded in death by his siblings: Jack Carr, James Carr, Robert Carr, and Patricia Kerns.
