Hello everyone. My name is Dawn brewer and my brother William (charlie) was taken off of life support yesterday and passed on to heaven within 15 minutes. He struggled for 15 days without any improvement. The nurses and doctors were great but charlie had come back to the hospital a little to late. I want to thank everyone for their support through all of this. He has four wonderful kids kendall callerame, jonathan callerame, andrew callerame, and Krista callerame. Charlie was a wonderful person and loved everyone he came across. He had a heart of gold. He would take any stranger off the streets and welcome them into his home. Contribute
