>Bill was born on February 23, 1956 to Flora & Earl Brooks in Columbus, Ohio. He married the love of his life, Debbie Ramsey in May of 1975, going on to have 3 children, Michelle, Micheal, and William ].
>Bill was a force of nature, determined to provide for his family and give them the life he felt they deserved. His family meant more to his than anything else in the world, something he often mentioned.
>Anyone who knew Bill knew that he was the most loving father and husband a family could ask for.
