Background
Bill Brewer was the proud owner of many rescue animals through the years, and they were always near and dear to his heart. Many of the animals got recognition in his cartoon characters. One beloved rescue horse, Kirby, became the subject of a children's book titled 'Kirby and Friends, ' about his journey and the animal friends he met along the way.

How are donations used?
Donations are used to make the biggest impact in ending the killing in America's shelters. This includes our major no-kill initiatives, funding our lifesaving centers, and grants to our Network Partner organizations.

What can be done with a $100 donation?
$100 helps provide six weeks of formula for an orphaned newborn puppy.
