Mary and the family you have my deepest condolence. Billy was my Lt. when I came to work at Chesapeake in July 1, 1970. I could never have had a better Supervisor. We use to have more fun at work and on days off at shift parties. I will never forget Lt. Billy Blake, rest in peace my my brother. I wish I could be there in person to say goodbye. You are now in Gods hands, Darrel Coleman
