Bill's obituary

William J. “Bill” Irwin, 83 from Orange City, FL passed away unexpectedly in Central Florida Regional Hospital on July 29, 2021. He was born in Arkansas on April 7, 1938 and moved to KY as an infant. He has lived in FL with his companion “Ruthie” Oshinsky for the last 18 years.

He was a top player on various local traveling dart leagues, sponsored by the Beyer & Brown dart league. He has a bachelors degree and is an avid fan of the University of KY basketball team. He loved to fish and did guided tours and yearly fishing trips to Canada with his son Joe, best friend Gary & other friends.

He was predeceased by his parents, George & Melba, his wife Barbara of KY and his brother Donnie from HI.

He is survived by his companion Ruth Oshinsky of Orange City, FL, 2 sons William (Joe) & John, & 2 daughters Linda & Karen all from KY. He is also survived by extended family members Vicki Piraino, George Cook, Michael Cook & Kathy Partsch from FL, Rob Cook & Michelle Prenovitz from PA.

A memorial service is being held in KY at the end of September.
