William E. Barber (December 9, 1944 - November 26, 2019) of Mukwonago, WI died peacefully on November 26th, 2019 at the age of 74 at the Clement J. Zablocki Veterans Affairs Medical Center after a valiant battle with Parkinson’s Disease. Bill was preceded in death by his parents James Luther II, Margaret (Betty) Elizabeth (nee Horn).
Bill is survived by his wife Christine Keller and adopted son Victor LeBourgeois, as well as Christine’s five children …
