Let's keep Billy Arney's memory eternal.  I remember him seeing me make herbal tea when I was 16 years old and he said, "April, you're going to live to be 105 years old drinking that shit" lol.

Also, I remember him saying don't ever go anywhere new by yourself.  Watch your back and be with another person.

He always wanted to make sure that everyone was safe.  His smile was contagious.  I won't forget the little pinches on the arms and the "do you want me to give you a knucklehead sandwich".

With Love,

April Punsalan

Peanut and I were just heartbroken to hear about Billy. Peanut knew him growing up, along with his brother. I met Billy eventually and was just blown away by the generous, helping, hilarious, wild one, busy, always on the phone, getting things done, shaker and mover kind of guy. He was just so wonderful to be around and the joy and happiness that just him being there would bring. We had the ability to help Billy during a time when others were judging him by his name and reputation. We stood by him and even having known him for just that short time, I knew he was not the man the media and people were trying to portray him to be. I feel so blessed to have met Billy and to have been a friend to him and he will always be loved and missed. God Bless you Billy, sweet dreams our dear friend
Uncle Billy, what can I say… mannnnnnn, this one STINGS… we’ve lost a true legend. You were absolutely one of thee best Uncles to me and my Bub, (Duane). I know you are at peace now. Although, we’ll all miss you, we want you at peace. Mom will be there today…. Feel for her! Love Always, Tessie, Duane & Mom ❤️❤️😭😭🙏🙏
I can remember many years ago, me and a good neighborhood friend John Tarjan went to a monster truck event at Hampton coliseum and of course Grave Digger was there tearing it up....We ran into Billy at the event and during the freestyle session Grave Digger broke down and Billy end up taking us out on the dirt in the middle of the coliseum looking up at the bottom of the truck  talking to Dennis Anderson while the crowd was going crazy, wondering how bad he messed it up...never gonna forget that moment..RIP Billy..gonna be missed by all and many!!

I've been  Knowing Billy almost 50 years. We have had some good times. Going  to miss your calls.  He would call me to see how I was doing. With everything going on in his life he still checked up on me .R.I.P. my brother.
Billy was a very good friend of mine. Just like him I would give and help anyone who needed what ever I could do for them. He would help me out with what ever he had. He will be missed by me and others who new him. So Rest In Peace Billy.
Billy was like an older brother to me . He was always there to help in any situation. My heart is heavy as i look back on the memories that play out in my mind but the memories are good ones . R.I.P.

My condolences to Billy's Immediate family.and the rest of his family . He was my little brother all my life . We had many great adventures. He truly was a Legend and one of a kind. I will forever miss you Billy . I love you always . ❤️💖🙏

In 2012 I started my business. I buy used broken appliances, fix them, and sell them. I was having trouble in the beginning because I could not deliver the machines in the vehicle I drove. One day billy offered to let me use one of the trailers he had. I said “how much to use it?” He said “ Don’t worry about money.” I said “well how long can I use it?”  He said until you don’t need it.” I was extremely humbled by the generosity of Billy. Mainly because I barely knew him at the time. Billy also brought new customers to my store. He did everything he could to make sure my business is a success. I tried to pay him back many times in many different ways. The best I could do was pay his tab a few times when I saw him out. I honestly believe the only reason I was able to do that was because I was giving the money to the waitress and then leaving.

I look at Billy as a role model. Since Billy would never let me officially pay him for his kindness, I try to give to more people the way he gave to me. The world definitely lost a good person the day we all lost my friend Billy Arney.

My uncle Billy taught me everything I kno..I really looked up to him .and I'm going to miss him..I love you Uncle Billy
