William 'Bill' Angelo Arias, age 68, passed away in his home in Shasta Lake, California, on Sept. 19, 2017. Bill was born in Salinas, California, where he lived for most of his adult life. He moved to Yreka in 1995 and then moved to Shasta Lake in 2015.
