I send my heartfelt condolences to Will's family and dear friends. I remember meeting him during our first week at Renaissance High School...a school for the smartest kids in Detroit! Will struck me as someone who was the smartest of the smart! I was even more gobsmacked to realize that he was the youngest member of our class.
We shared a birthday...April 15th and I often called us Birthday Twins. Once we were all on Facebook, he never forgot to wish me a happy birthday and I did the same for him. I sent him a note in late April 2024 as I didn't get that birthday message as usual. Just wanted to make sure that he was OK and doing well. I had no idea that his health had taken a turn around that time.
I will hold on the last time I saw him in person when I met him and Eugene Mitchell for lunch in 2018 I believe. We had a great time and we laughed and laughed!!! I don't know that I will ever meet someone who is a true genius again but I am glad that I got to know Will White. Rest Well, my friend! You will be deeply missed.

Many people have said that we look like twins!
But they do not know who you really are.
You are the extension of your Dad who an Electronic Engineer and an Attorney at Law. You were your Dad in every possible way.
Your Dad was always by your side guiding you from day one.
He taught you how to cook at a very young age.
I marveled watching you fixing your breakfast and your lunch at the same time, while eating and fixing an extra sandwich! (Your Dad would say “leave him alone”)!!
He wanted you to make your own career decision. He did try to discourage you from following in his footsteps. (he did it just to make sure that was what you really wanted. He said it was a type of career which one has to commit oneself totally). But you did it anyway!!
Will acquired my love for tennis and my passion for the Arts.
Will was his Dad through and through. Will even sounded like his Dad.
Will's favorite expression (his interpretation)
“ if there is WILL, WILL always finds a way”.

Bill and I were so sorry to hear of Will's passing. We met Will through his relationship with Michelle. What we recall about Will is his marvelous smile and his generous and gentle nature, which were apparent immediately when we met. We're glad to have met him and known him a little bit and will always smile for the happiness he and Michelle shared. Please accept our loving condolences.
