Wilhelmina's obituary

Wilhelmina Ina Lawler, lovingly known as “Tink”, Dallas, TX, formally of Atlantic Highlands, NJ was born June 3, 1928 to preceded by Rev. William & Sadie Brittingham. She passed away January 10, 2021 at 92 years old. She worked for 19 years at MetLife retiring at age 64. Born and raised in Atlantic Highlands New Jersey, she loved cooking, baking, singing, listening to music, and sharing a rich family history. She was a lifelong member of the historic Quinn Chapel AME Church in Middletown, NJ. 

Tink was a loving Mother, Grandmother, & Great-Grandmother.
She is survived by her sons and daughters- in-law Wayne & Tanya Brittingham and Charles & Evelyn Lawler, Granddaughters Erica Lewis and Angel Lawler, four great grandsons Nathan, Noah, and Nixon Lewis; Nasir Denby and a host of nieces and nephews.

A Graveside Service will be held June 3, 2021 at Crystal Stream historic cemetery in Navesink, NJ. Details will be provided at a later date.
