We really enjoyed have Wilbur as a neighbor in Kennewick. It is seldom that people get to know folks in their neighborhood beyond just a house or two away. But Wilbur went out of his way to visit us...around the corner and down several houses. He was a delight to visit with. We certainly missed him when he moved to Arizona. And we really enjoyed the special fudge he would bring us at Christmas. We was a very special person.
