Age 93, of Magnolia, passed away Fri., Dec. 18, 2020. Born Feb. 22, 1927, in Majorsville, W.Va, a son of the late Wilbert and Flossie (Scherich) Richey, Sr. Bill attended East Sparta United Methodist Church, served in the U.S. Army during WWII, and was a member of the Carrollton Chamber of Commerce which he served in various offices. He worked in the natural gas industry, for Tenneco Oil & Gas, from 1951 thru 1989, advancing …
