Werner Huttmann (Opa) was born on July 29, 1950 to Else (Shaumberger) and Hugo Huttmann in Crailsheim, Germany. He was the third of six children and spent his formative years on the family farm. His family moved to Fuchsmuhl, Germany where his mother was from and there they built the family home. Werner attended trade school to become an electrician. When he finished trade school, he was recruited by the Deutsches Bundespost to put his …
