Wenseslao Miguel Bautista Torres+, was born on September 28, 1961. In a small farming town, Barrio De San Juan De Dios , Villa De San Pedro y San Pablo, Etla, Oaxaca, Mexico. The son of Servando Bautista+ and Julia Torres+, both worked very hard until they day both departed from this world at different times.
