Wendy's obituary
It is with profound sorrow that we announce the passing of Wendy Bailey, born in the year 1965. A warm, sincere, sweet, and loving woman, Wendy left us to mourn her departure, but not without leaving a beacon of her vibrant personality and countless memories.
She is lovingly remembered by her daughters, Brittany and Queena, and her son, Landon, and her sister, Kim. At the family table, Wendy was known for her love of steak and meat dishes, always paired with an ice-cold Coke. Her preferences were clear - absolutely anything that came without vegetables!
Wendy's vibrant spirit was echoed in her favorite music, a fine balance between Smooth Jazz and throw-it-back Funk. She was an avid television viewer, with a penchant for NCIS, a range of Netflix series, and an acute interest in Murder Documentaries. She had an array of favorite movies, with "Juwana Man" and "Tyler Perry's: Diary of a Mad Black Woman" at the top of the list.
In her leisure time, Wendy was found relaxing, cooking, baking, and eating, often while playing a game of Scrabble. She enjoyed walking as a form of exercise and loved to visit dinner restaurants in her local area. Her favorite vacation destination was the beautiful Caribbean, a location that complemented her favorite color, envious green.
Wendy's legacy is synonymous with the belief that hard work pays off. One of the best life lessons she shared was an understanding of how to trust and test the character of someone. This wisdom, coupled with her irreplaceable love, will be engrained in our hearts forever.
Wendy Bailey, your warmth, sincerity, and sweet love will be missed tremendously. May your legacy continue to guide us, and your memory forever remain in our hearts.
