Personal note from Wayne’s sister

Wayne Merritt Jr. Was born to Wayne Merritt Sr. & Julie Clark on April 26, 1984. He resided mostly in Long beach where he wanted to be close to his mother and siblings. He lived life off the grid and was comfortable that way. He was the funniest guy you’d ever meet. Everyone loved him & looked forward to his stories. He had lots of friends and loved to ride motorcycles. His motto was “Front wheel to the sky” and you’d sometimes catch him riding his motorcycle down artesia blvd. popping wheelies. He passed away in bellflower while doing what he loved most. Riding his motorcycle. He was ejected after being hit by a car and his body hit an electrical pole, he was killed instantly. He is survived by his grandma, father, siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. All of whom loved him dearly. We all love & miss him so much. I believe he’s still out there somewhere riding around in the afterlife.
