Wayne Franklin Martin, 61, of Glen Burnie, MD, passed away on December 29, 2022, at his home. Wayne was born on September 9th, 1961 to Harry Martin and Melvina Matthews in Baltimore. After graduating from Lansdowne High School, Wayne served as a member of the United States Army where he left as a rank of Specialist in 1979, with his last station served in Lewis, Washington.
