Wayne David King, 90, of Hesston, Kansas, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend, passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2021.
He was born September 6, 1931, in Harper, Kansas, to Henry J. and Anna L. (Hartzler) King.
Wayne married Clara Mast on July 2, 1954, in Arthur, Illinois.
He was a retired pastor, serving Mennonite congregations in Illinois, Ohio, and New York.

Memorial events are private
There will be a private family memorial service on Saturday, December 11, 2021 in Hesston, Kansas following a graveside inurnment with the immediate family. Though the family planned for a public memorial service, current Covid-19 restrictions for Clara as an assisted living resident, led us to plan a private family service. We encourage you to share your memories of Wayne on this site.
